Who Crowned me?

A Crown tells you what someone thinks you are — “someone thinks you’re the Kindest” — without their name. You can reveal who Crowned you from the Crown itself, which costs Credits (or is included with some plans). The person you reveal is told that you did.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In the app, open Profile › CrownChain Plus › Manage or cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Profile › Delete account. This deletes your profile and personal data. It cannot be undone. No app? See Delete your account for how to ask by email, and what is kept.

Someone is using CrownChain to bully or bother me.

On a Crown, tap ⋯ to hide it, report it, or block whoever sent it — you never have to know who it was. On a person in Find People, tap ⋮ to report or block them. We review every report within 24 hours. For anything urgent or involving your safety, email kwesi.buabeng@gmail.com and contact a trusted adult or local authorities.

My school isn't listed.

Choose My school isn't listed when picking your campus and send it in. We review new schools and notify you when yours goes live.

I watched a video but didn't get my Credit.

Credits from videos can take a few moments to confirm. If one hasn't arrived after an hour, email us with the time you watched it.
